Your character will be assigned to one of the houses after they finish 1st year
There are 5 houses in Alteria: Poofentuff, Bellington, Hyperin, Kirseldom and Villistrod. Students can choose their houses as they wish. Canonically they would be assigned to each one according to their character. Remember there are always some exceptions! Your character may differ from the description of a house, yet, still being in there!
Poofentuff
Assigned color: Crimson red
Patron: Jackalope
Poofentuff gathers people who are kind and helpful. They do not care about the fame. They just wants to do what they want in their life. Clumsy, with their heads in the clouds, they focus on both others and theirselves.
HP reference: This is basically Hufflepuff mixed with a pinch of Gryffindor
Bellington
Assigned color: Navy blue
Patron: Peryton
Bellington gathers people who are smart and loyal. They love learning new things. Their aspirations are usually set very high. Fast thinkers. They solve problems using their mind, not their soul.
HP reference: This is basically Ravenclaw mixed with a pinch of Slytherin
Hyperin
Assigned color: Golden yellow
Patron: Phoenix
Hyperin gathers people who are brave and social. They are usually very talkative and like to make new friends. They often do not think about the consequences of their actions, however it is not a rule. They would die for their friend. They loves adventures and breaking the rules from time to time.
HP reference: This is basically Gryffindor on steroids
Kirseldom
Assigned color: Emerald green
Patron: Wywern
Kirseldom gathers people who are clever and calm. They think big of themselves, but doesn't show it. They would rather solve a problem with some clever thinking than by using a brutal force. They like to bend and break the rules, as it is more interesting.
HP reference: This is basically Slytherin mixed with a tiny pinch of Hufflepuff
Villistrod
Assigned color: Royal purple
Patron: Cerberus
Villistrod gathers people who doesn't own distinct character features. They are unpredictable, often behaving very randomly. One day they chat with you, the other they are grumpy. It is hard for them to make friends. There aren't many adepts who are in Villistrod. It is common to think about them as some kind of weirdos among the students.
